Our PRO Series Rectifier Transformers are engineered to be the robust and intelligent heart of your critical DC power supply systems. Designed for voltage classes from 10kV to 110kV, they convert AC grid power into precisely controlled DC power for demanding industrial applications such as electrochemical processing, variable frequency drives (VFD), traction, and DC transmission. Leveraging cutting-edge computational design tools, decades of specialized manufacturing experience, and collaborative R&D, we deliver transformers that excel in reliability, efficiency, and adaptability to complex, non-linear loads.
Key Features & Advantages
• Engineered for Nonlinear Loads
Expertly designed to handle the harmonic-rich currents inherent in rectifier circuits, ensuring stable performance, minimized losses, and extended service life under demanding electrical conditions.
• Precise & Wide-Range Voltage Control
Offers flexible on-load or off-circuit tap-changing solutions (e.g., auto-transformer, series transformer designs) to achieve direct high-to-low voltage conversion and precise output regulation, typically from 5% to 105% of rated voltage, meeting specific process requirements.
• Advanced Winding & Phase-Shift Technology
Supports a variety of specialized valve-side connections (e.g., double-star with balance reactor, six-phase bridge) and implements phase-shifting techniques (star-delta, dedicated windings) to increase pulse numbers, significantly reducing grid-side harmonics and improving overall system power factor.
• High-Current & Special Application
Expertise Incorporates counter-parallel connection technology for ultra-high valve-side currents (up to 100kA+), ensuring even current distribution and preventing local overheating. Also features triple-secondary designs for modern VFD systems, reducing footprint and losses while powering individual motor phases.
• Optimized Construction for Efficiency & Reliability
Employs effective electromagnetic shielding to minimize stray losses in structural parts. Utilizes robust clamping, advanced insulation systems based on in-depth electric field analysis, and proven designs to withstand high short-circuit forces.
• Proven Application-Specific Design
Backed by a vast portfolio of successful projects across diverse industries—general industry, electrolysis, motor drives, traction, and HVDC—demonstrating our ability to customize solutions for your unique operational needs

Packaging, Warranty & Certifications
Packaging:
The transformer core and windings are securely mounted within the main tank, which is filled with nitrogen or dry air for shipment. Detachable components (cooling radiators, conservators, bushings, control cabinets) are packed in robust, weather-resistant wooden crates. The entire unit is mounted on a heavy-duty skid base suitable for heavy lifting and transport.
Quality Assurance & Warranty:
We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever occurs first, covering material and workmanship defects. Our manufacturing process is governed by a ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
Testing & Documentation:
Each rectifier transformer undergoes a complete suite of routine and special tests in our accredited laboratory, including but not limited to:
Certifications & Compliance:
Products are designed and built in accordance with international standards (IEC 60076, IEEE C57.18.10) and relevant Chinese national standards (GB). We can pursue specific client-nominated or regional certifications (e.g., CE marking per EU directives) upon request and project agreement.
