Description

Product Features

Dual Advanced Insulation Systems

Features two premier insulation options: the SG(B)9-11 series with glass-fiber reinforced, thin-insulation epoxy resin vacuum-cast coils, ensuring a void-free, monolithic structure; and the SC(B)9-11 series utilizing DuPont Nomex® paper insulation with multiple Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) processes, forming a solid, mechanically strong coil block. Both offer exceptional dielectric strength and moisture resistance.

Enhanced Safety & Fire Resilience

As a dry-type transformer with no flammable oil, it significantly reduces fire and environmental hazards. The flame-retardant materials and solid insulation make it perfectly safe for indoor installations and populated areas.

High Mechanical & Electrical Strength

The casting and impregnation processes create windings with high resistance to short-circuit forces. The use of full-width copper foil for low-voltage windings ensures uniform ampere-turn distribution, minimizing mechanical stress and enhancing short-circuit withstand capability.

Intelligent Temperature Management

Equipped with a reliable temperature control and display system (TD). It provides continuous monitoring with alarm functions for over-temperature conditions and can automatically activate forced-air cooling (AF) or trip the high-voltage supply in case of a critical fault, ensuring operational safety.

Robust Core & Efficient Cooling

The core is constructed from high-grade, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel with a 45° fully staggered joint design for low losses and low noise. Axial cooling ducts within the windings and optional fan cooling (AF) ensure excellent thermal performance.

Packaging, Warranty & Certifications
 Packaging:
The transformer is securely mounted on a sturdy base frame. For protection, the unit is wrapped with waterproof material and placed in a robust wooden crate or enclosed within a steel frame structure. Bushings, temperature controllers, and other accessories are individually packed.

 Warranty:
We offer a comprehensive standard 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions as defined in the manual.

 Certifications & Testing:
Our manufacturing quality system is certified. Every transformer undergoes a full suite of routine tests in our in-house testing facility, including turns ratio, winding resistance, impedance voltage, no-load and load loss measurements, and dielectric withstand tests (power frequency and impulse). We have the capability to perform all type and special tests as per standards. Products are designed and produced in compliance with GB and IEC standards.

 Environmental Compliance:
The dry-type, oil-free design inherently supports green building initiatives and complies with environmental regulations for indoor installation without secondary containment.
