Packaging, Warranty & Certifications
 Packaging:
The transformer is shipped fully assembled. The main tank is filled with nitrogen or dry air for protection, securely mounted on a heavy-duty skid base. Detachable radiators, bushings, and control cabinets are packed in robust, weather-resistant wooden crates. All packages are clearly marked for handling and identification.

 Warranty:
We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the date of successful commissioning or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

 Certifications & Testing:
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. The transformer is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant GB (Chinese National Standards) and IEC standards (e.g., IEC 60076). Each unit undergoes comprehensive routine testing including ratio, resistance, impedance, no-load and load loss measurements, and dielectric tests. Special tests like temperature rise can be performed upon request.

 Technical Support:
We provide detailed product manuals, electrical diagrams, and test reports. Our engineering team is available to provide technical support for system integration and commissioning.
