Packaging, Warranty & Certifications
 Packaging:
Transformers are securely mounted on a robust base frame. For protection during transit, the unit is typically covered with a reinforced plastic sheet and a wooden crate or steel frame is built around it. Sensitive components like bushings and temperature controllers are individually packed.

 Warranty:
We offer a comprehensive standard 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

 Quality Certifications:
Our manufacturing process is certified under ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Products are designed and tested in accordance with IEC 60076-11 and relevant national standards (e.g., GB 1094.11).

 Testing & Documentation:
Each unit undergoes a full suite of routine tests, including turns ratio, winding resistance, impedance voltage, no-load and load loss measurements, and dielectric tests (power frequency and impulse withstand). Complete test reports are provided. Additional type tests (e.g., temperature rise, short-circuit withstand) can be conducted upon request.
