The 24 Pulse rectifier transformer Series is an advanced rectifier transformer engineered to deliver clean and stable DC power for demanding industrial applications such as variable frequency drives (VFDs), traction systems, and large-scale electrolysis . By integrating innovative phase-shifting technology within a single unit, it provides a true 24-pulse output . This design dramatically reduces harmonic distortion on the grid, improves overall power quality, and ensures compliance with stringent power supply standards, making it an efficient and reliable power conversion core for critical systems.
Product Features
• Superior Harmonic Suppression:
Employs internal phase-shifting windings to achieve a 24-pulse output, effectively eliminating lower-order characteristic harmonics (like the 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th). This protects the grid and other sensitive equipment from harmonic pollution and significantly improves the system power factor.
• Highly Integrated & Compact Design:
Utilizes a pioneering “one regulating unit + four rectifying units” integrated structure within a single tank. Compared to traditional solutions requiring two 12-pulse units, this slashes the footprint, simplifies primary side wiring, and reduces installation time and cost.
• High Reliability & Robust Construction:
Designed to withstand the rigorous demands of industrial environments, including frequent load changes and high harmonic currents. The design focuses on robust construction and precise impedance matching to ensure stable operation.
• Proven Performance & Cost Efficiency:
This integrated single-unit approach has been recognized as a significant industry innovation (awarded the China Patent Excellence Award). It reduces the total cost of ownership by saving on equipment, space, installation, and maintenance compared to multi-unit systems.

Packaging, Warranty & Certifications
Packaging & Transportation:
The transformer is securely mounted on a heavy-duty steel skid base for safe transport. The tank is sealed and filled with dry air or nitrogen. Detachable coolers, conservators, and accessories are individually crated. All packaging meets the requirements for long-distance and heavy-load transportation as stipulated in relevant technical specifications.
Quality Warranty:
We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the date of successful commissioning or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation.
Compliance & Testing:
Our quality management system is certified. The product complies with industry standards for rectifier transformers. Each unit undergoes comprehensive routine tests:
Special tests like temperature rise and harmonic loss analysis can be conducted upon request. Key components are selected following industry guidelines for quality and reliability.
